Philip J. Berg is Appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court as Obama is “NOT” qualified to be President of the United States Lawsuit Against Obama Dismissed from Philadelphia Federal Court.
(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/25/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that he is immediately appealing the dismissal of his case to the United States Supreme Court. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.
Berg said, “I am totally disappointed by Judge Surrick’s decision and, for all citizens of the United States, I am immediately appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court.
This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution. If I don’t have standing, if you don’t have standing, if your neighbor doesn’t have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States - the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world - then who does?
So, anyone can just claim to be eligible for congress or the presidency without having their legal status, age or citizenship questioned.
According to Judge Surrick, we the people have no right to police the eligibility requirements under the U.S. Constitution.
What happened to ‘…Government of the people, by the people, for the people,…’ Abraham Lincoln in his Gettysburg Address 1863.
We must legally prevent Obama, the unqualified candidate, from taking the Office of the Presidency of the United States,” Berg said.

Berg again stressed his position regarding the urgency of this case as, “we” the people, are heading to a “Constitutional Crisis” if this case is not resolved forthwith.

Mr. Berg is a courageous man and I applaud him for his efforts. It will be difficult to show that we the people have the standing in U.S. Supreme Court to question the validity of Obama's candidacy in light of their recent ruling that refused to give standing to the Ohio Republican Party who questioned whether the Ohio Secretary of State is doing her job of verifying voter registrations.
I think another way to approach this very big problem is to reach out or rather bombard respective U.S. attorneys who do have legal standing to do something about these crimes.
Mr. Berg, you are a great American. I would like to refer all to a website that are displaying good ads and working hard to beat Obama.

Its a shame that our goverment will try to cover up something as important as this.Being so close to the election date you would expect the judge to look over the allegation. We the people have the right to stand up and require the sopreme court to look into this matter and find the truth. Corruptipn in small courts now have apparantly has been passed on to the fereral courts
Finally, someone that is tenacious like myself and not afraid to stand up to bullies...
This would have been all over and done with if Obama had just produced his Birth Certificate. At this point he appears guilty by his refusal to produce it.
What is the most disturbing is that NONE of the major networks have run anything of substance about this turn of events. Disappointing to say the least, for they are supposed to be 'unbiased' and 'impartial' when reporting new, and this I believe that most of the voting public would consider news.
This behavior by the press only implies that Obama and the DNC have PURCHASED their silence and what they are going to report.
