Steve Marquis's Birth Certificate Case Dismissed

I just received the following e-mail from D. Lizzy, who attended Steve Marquis's pro se case against Barack Obama on the basis of his birth certificate. D. Lizzy writes:

Mitchell,

I went to court today to watch Steve Marquis argue in defense of the
constitution and you were right. He is a brave man and very well spoken.
And smart to boot.
The judge seemed a little synpathetic. But ruled against him and it was
dismissed with prejudice which I wish he would have objected to. But the
whole thing was disheartening. Thanks for posting his efforts.

Venezuelan Suppression

Prairie Pundit (h/t Larwyn) notes that Venezuela's quasi-dictator, Hugo Chavez, has threatened to imprison his chief political rival, Manuel Rosales. Prairie Pundit quotes Reuters quoting Chavez:

"'I am determined to put Manuel Rosales behind bars. A swine like that has to be in prison.'"

Barack Obama has said that he wishes to unconditionally meet with strongman Chavez. Larry Johnson of NoquarterUSA notes that Bill Ayers is a frequent visitor to Venezuela as is Obama fundraiser Jodie Evans.

I wonder if Senator Obama looks at Hugo Chavez as a personal role model.

Russian Elections Commission Sees US Media Bias

Gateway Pundit (h/t Larwyn) notes that Russia's Central Elections Committee's Centre for the Study of Election Technology has issued a report analyzing the US media. The report finds that the US media is biased toward Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Gateway Pundit notes that:

"The observations appear to ape western criticisms of Russia's elections in which international observers have complained Russia's television networks are overwhelmingly pro-Kremlin and offer unbalanced and unfair coverage of opposition candidates."

In other words, the US media is behaving very much like the Russian media under communism.
