During the interview, Orly Taitz, the southern California constitutional law attorney gives updates on two separate petitions being brought before the California Superior courts re: Obama's eligibility for presidency on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes (Keyes v. Bowen) and Lightfoot v. Bowen.
Dr. Taitz also covers research from her work, for example, no one seems to be able to name the hospital where Obama was born. Also to date, no one knows where his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham was treated for cancer. None of the hospitals in Hawaii have a record of her ever being there, much less treated for her terminal disease.
Adding another twist - investigations shows no record of a funeral for Stanley Ann Dunham -- no funeral home, no death certificate, no coroner's or medical exam report, no burial place. We're told there was a memorial service. Where? When? No record exists of that either. Obama's sister reportedly said that Stanley Ann Dunham was cremated and her ashes were spread over the Pacific. Where was the cremation done? When?
The research involving Dr. Taitz work shows that a search of Stanley Ann Dunham's social security number, allowable once a person is deceased according to Taitz, revealed that her SS # is still active, leading investigators to three addresses in Hawaii and one in New York. Who is using Stanley Ann Dunham's social security number? Could it be a case of identity theft?
Records of Obama's grandmother Madelyn Dunham's death are not to be found either. Curiously, also missing is any record of Stanley Ann and Barack Obama Sr.'s marriage, which supposedly took place on the island of Maui.

More On Dunham Real Estate
I just received the following e-mail from Keith1956. I have no idea of what any of this means but it's interesting. I wonder why Stanley Ann Dunham's name would be on real estate associated with the Grace Dodge Society, but it would be an interesting thing to find out.

Is There Real Estate Fraud Associated with the Dunham Name?
Two posters to my blog have raised the question of whether the Dunham family (Barack Obama's in-laws) or perhaps Obama's own family have engaged in real estate fraud. First, Contrairimairi, who prefers to remain anonymous, did property ownership searches and found Stanley Ann Dunham's name on real estate around the world beginning in years after her death. As well, there were inconsistencies with dates of death.
Second, an anonymous poster adds:
"No one person would have so many addresses in one lifetime and certainly not under each alias.
"The research has, quite by accident, opened the door to the world of organized real estate fraud and money laundering. Admittedly, charging the Dunhams and their presumed aliases and Stanley Ann and her aliases with complicity in this nation-destroying scam is a bold step forward and, journalistically, could be deemed premature."
It is obviously too soon to make any kind of allegation. Nevertheless, I wonder if the propagandists will investigate this story with the same zeal that they investigated the quality of Todd Palin's salmon.

I just received the following information from Contrairimairi who has been doing background searches re Ann Dunham, Barack Obama's mother. Contrairimairi finds some incongruities, but I'm not sure they mean anything (or not). Any thoughts anyone? Plese note that the following research was done by Lisa Ostella.

- November 7, 1995, Stanley Ann (Dunham-Obama) Soetoro allegedly died of “ovarian cancer” at age “56.” Her body was cremated; there was no funeral. Memorial service held in her honor at the University of Hawaii. No info on BHO attending; But “helped scatter her ashes over the Pacific Ocean.”
Problems with the story - Stanley Ann did not live to be “57.” She ‘died’ 22 days before her 53rd birthday, so she was only 52.

Now, what is interestig is that on this search record, it states years of residence 1993, 1994, 1995. BUT, what is INTERESTING, is that the phone number associated with this S A Dunham was a Land Line..from Verizon. Verizon didn’t exist until 1996.
For years 1993, 1994, 1995 when she was supposed to be living in Hawaii?? She supposedly died on Nov. 7, 1995.
The address at 235 E. 40th St puts her on the same block as her Ford Foundation Job address. 320 E. 40TH ST.
Reverse search on her phone number..it came up name and address unavailable: Phone was a LAND LINE, Verizon

(NEW YORK)(October 31, 2008) I have been writing and researching Barack Obama for over four years. In that time, he has become more opaque, more mysterious, more contradictory and more confusing. Almost every day new radical associations or questions arise or are expanded.
And every day hundreds of "Obama" e-mails fly across my desk. Some of them are complete nonsense and are immediately deleted. Others appear plausible but melt under the sunlight of deeper inquiry. Some thoughts in these communications make sense. And some just leave me more confused. Some merit further investigation, and some of these have led to information breakthroughs in deciphering "The Obama Code."
Today I am going to ask you to help me make sense of something I don't have time to research extensively in the waning days of the campaign.
How do we connect the dots between Barack Obama's alleged birth in Hawai'i and his mother's matriculation at the University of Washington a few weeks later?
This inquiry, as many do, began with an e-mail from someone making a suggestion: Obama's mother could not have given birth in Hawai'i because she was a college student in Washington at virtually the same time. In fact, the dates do not completely conflict. But they do not connect or make sense either.
Obama was born in Honolulu on August 4, 1961. A month later his mother was apparently a college student in Seattle, Washington.
I checked out the name on the e-mail, and contacted the University of Washington myself. Here is the university's response:

It seems strange that Anne Dunham would give birth and abandon her son four weeks later to attend college. But maybe that's what happened. She appears to have been a very unstable person.
It is these kinds of doubts and gaps in the factual history of Obama that fuel the endless speculation about his origins.
I am more determined than ever to ask the Honolulu court on November 18th to release the typewritten hard copy of Obama's "original" Certificate of Live Birth. And I am more suspicious as well. (I have my own theories, but I'll hold them for the moment.)
I have seen, of course, theories about Obama's birth ranging from birth in Mombassa, Kenya, to Hawai'i, to Canada, to Washington State. But no one seems to have asked the obvious question: What happened to the boy when Anne matriculated in college? Who cared for him?
Have I missed something, overlooked something, fumbled some fact or piece of critical information? Frankly, the birth in Hawai'i in August and school attendance in Seattle four weeks later do not compute for me. I am left wondering what the facts are.
What is the truth? Did she have the baby and then abandon him four weeks later to attend college. Did grandma hire a nurse? What happened? Is the above e-mail a hoax?
I hate to add to the suspicion, or fuel the paranoia, but I invite all of my readers and anyone else who can furnish verifiable, factual information to join in creating a timeline connecting Barack Obama's birth and his mother's registration at college four weeks later. Perhaps there is a simple and straightforward answer. (We are swamped, on the eve of the election, and can't devote our limited resources to the inquiry.) Who cared for the baby? Where? What records or stories do we have to verify these claims?
If I am confused, and I am a recognized expert on Obama, is it any wonder the general public and ordinary voters are even more confused by this man, who could hold ultimate power in our nation for the next four years?
Barack Obama has not adequately answered these questions about himself. Given that he had a very unstable family life, there is a justifiable concern about his earliest nurturing and overwhelming interest in who provided it. Where was mom?
