Evolution of a Bail-Out Opponent: Correspondence with Jim Crum

Prior to 1980 I became interested in the problem of economic decline, especially in New York City, and inflation. I met Howard S. Katz, who interested me in the gold standard around 1979. I lost interest in inflation issues after Reagan's election in 1980. I didn't pay attention because I assumed that the Fed had changed to a monetarist position and so was controlling inflation. Then I learned that "supply side" economics was really just Keynesian economics coupled with tax cutting and the pretense of free market rhetoric (while expanding government you tell everyone you're for small government and it's inevitable and that you can't stop government's growth because of the Democrats, even when the Democrats are a minority). Then I learned that Greenspan was increasing the money supply at better than 8 percent a year over many years. Then I learned that foreigners were monetizing US debt for us, facilitating an extra six or seven years of monetary expansion from 2001-8 but creating the risk of hyper-inflation if the foreigners panic. Then I learned that George W. Bush believes in government. Then I learned that President Bush appointed a Fed chairman who believed that dollars should be spread from a helicopter. Then I learned about the bail out. Then I learned that the Fed increased the money supply by 35% in August and September. I don't have to head for the hills. I already live in the hills, and I have re-habbed my house in the hills!

I know our business is feeling it. I have many friends in the trades and that work is coming to a grinding halt in many areas. I am not a fearful man. Yet the signs are very ominous, and it might be too late to bring things under control. To that end, I am of the opinion that things may really deteriorate quickly. Such a surge in cash and a slowing in economic output could lead to really aggressive inflation while wages drop- 1970’s stagflation all over again.

I cannot say, using polite language, how upsetting this is. The rank in competency of those in charge (Congress & Fed) is just short of criminal. With nothing to hold them in check, the last thirty years have been setting us up for a tremendous fall.

Pamela Geller/Atlas Shrugs Uncovers More Lying About Obama Birth Certificate

Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs has found that the Annenberg Foundation website has modified the birth certificate it previously posted on its blog.

Geller writes:

Altering Obama's birth docs seems to be infectious eh? Liberal fascists will stop at nothing. The end justifies anything, anyway, anyhow... Well check this out THE EXIF INFO HAS BEEN REMOVED BECAUSE ATLAS CAUGHT THESE SCOUNDRALS IN THEIR SKULDUGGERY. How long before Isikoff at Newsweak cribs this? (hat tip yid with lid)...It "appears" to be exactly the same, but it isn't. ALL THE EXIF INFO HAS BEEN REMOVED...When factcheck says the images haven't been edited in any way, they are lying.

John McCain Wins October 7 Debate

John McCain was the hands down winner of tonight's debate. One of the pundits on CBS, a Democratic Party propaganda outlet, said the debate was a tie, which was a convincing bit of evidence that McCain won. Moreover, only one of CBS's stacked panel of "undecideds" came out in favor of Obama. McCain's knowledge of foreign affairs is far superior to Obama's. McCain successfully painted Obama as a tax-and-spend Democrat. However, I do not think that either candidate is competent with respect to economics. We have two parties committed to failed Progressive policies that have caused declining real hourly wages through the Federal Reserve Bank's inflationary policies, policies that have recently been intensified. This will not change. With Obama, there will be more socialism and more economic decline. With McCain there will be the same, only less so.

Unfortunately, Senator McCain didn't raise any of the important questions about Barack Obama's mysterious background, illegal campaign contributions, voter fraud and related ethics issues. For instance, what occurred during his upbringing in Indonesia; whether he is eligible to be president given his dual citizenship; and why the Kenyan government has briefly arrested anti-Obama investigator, Jerome Corsi, before releasing him.

Mairi's Update on Berg Case and Jerome Crosi

I just received the following e-mail from Contrairimairi re the Berg case:

T. B. Bradley has now filed a request for a Writ of Mandamus in the Berg Case.
As of today, she and Berg are requesting in PA, through her court documents filed in Georgia, that the two cases be joined in Pennsylvania.
Her case is filed very closely to his, with many of the same claims, but she has requested the Court allow her filings as "Jane Doe" to be representative of the "American Voter", and also to "protect" her.
In her filings, she is listing her address as a Post Office Box in Georgia.
I don't know if you have read any of the court documents, but I will be flabbergasted if the Judge does not rule on their behalf, and VERY soon.
The recent problems with Jerome Corsi being detained and apparently "deported" in Kenya, for attempting to obtain more info about BO's involvement with Raila Odinga, the signed contract with radical islamists to try to guarantee Raila's election, and BO's subsequent campaigning and support of Raila, his "cousin", should help SEAL his "dual allegiances" problems. I am just not sure how he can defend himself when he knowingly and willingly campaigned on behalf of Raila who was clearly a threat to the U. S. if he had been elected. And who also represented a threat to the American ideal of democracy in his support of initiating shariah law upon his election. Thank HEAVEN the Founding Father's were such GENIUSES! They must have seen BO coming even then.
This case appears to really be "heating up" as T. B. Bradley has also demanded in her filings.....BO's immediate removal from the Senate, and/or an immediate Senate impeachment process.
