Steve Marquis's Birth Certificate Case Dismissed

I just received the following e-mail from D. Lizzy, who attended Steve Marquis's pro se case against Barack Obama on the basis of his birth certificate. D. Lizzy writes:

Mitchell,

I went to court today to watch Steve Marquis argue in defense of the
constitution and you were right. He is a brave man and very well spoken.
And smart to boot.
The judge seemed a little synpathetic. But ruled against him and it was
dismissed with prejudice which I wish he would have objected to. But the
whole thing was disheartening. Thanks for posting his efforts.

Can't we just call immigration? ;-P
Don't they challenge people for their papers on a regular basis? They can detain Obama until he produces documentation. How much probable cause or reasonable suspicion do they need?
