More On Dunham Real Estate

I just received the following e-mail from Keith1956. I have no idea of what any of this means but it's interesting. I wonder why Stanley Ann Dunham's name would be on real estate associated with the Grace Dodge Society, but it would be an interesting thing to find out.

The specific apartment number in which I received a hit using her SSN is 8F. There was a mortgage taken out on the home by Timothy J. A******* and Nang **. Both are males. This is according to the NY City ACRIS system: http://www.nyc.gov/html/dof/html/jump/acris.shtml

If you drill down, you can determine that the apt number is Block 1314 and Lot number 1067. The mortgage information is online. The curious thing is that Timothy J. A******* also lives at another address:

Phone: (212) 749-****. This address matches up with the mortgage that you can view online concerning the apt 8F.


This guy appears to be a college professor associated with the Grace Dodge Society. This organization has ties to Columbia University.

>Also I have dug a little deeper. I have not contacted Timothy J A******* to
confirm, but he currently lives at a different address in NY state. My guess
is this apt was an investment and he rented it to SAD. If you look up the
Grace Dodge Society, it is a group of what appears to be wealthy individuals
who leave charitable donations to the Society. He was very likely running a
credit check as I believe this was about the time she moved to NYC.
