(CHICAGO)(November 26, 2008) On November 7th Internet Powerhouse Andy Martin demonstrated the power of the Internet when he unleashed new demands for information from on Barack Obama. Martin, an adjunct professor of law, lit a fire that has begun to burn all across the United States as Americans respond by contacting Electoral College electors and demanding access to Barack Obama's original birth Certificate.
Fox News host Greta VanSusteren has chimed in by saying that all four national candidates should make their complete birth records available.
"It was a moment that had to be heard be understood," says the Internet's most influential political voice, Andy Martin. "Live on the Internet we created a spontaneous legal theory to justify questioning Obama's legitimacy at the Electoral College, and the American people have roared their approval." /Default.aspx
"There may have been an 'election,'" says Martin, "but the results of that election were clouded by ACORN vote fraud and Obama's steadfast refusal to authorize access to his original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate. What is he hiding? Until he provides access, he has no legitimacy to serve as President of the United States. Obama issued a laser-printed facsimile and falsely represented this was a 'copy' of the 'original' certificate to FactCheck.org. That was a bald-faced lie. Why did he lie to the American people? Why?
"All of Obama's preening and posturing since November 4th is just more of the same. There is no substance to the man. Every elector has a constitutional right to demand access to the original birth certificate before voting on December 15th.
"We will continue our efforts to bring former Senator Obama to justice in the courtroom of American public opinion. We are not going to let this turkey slip us the bird on December 15th."

Is Obama Leland Gaunt? He Refuses to Reveal COLB: Theories Fly
Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs (h/t Norma Segal) raises intriguing questions about the Obama birth certificate:

oApparently the Governor of Hawaii has sealed Obama's birth certificate records. Why? Why seal the records? What is Obama afraid of?
Pamela notes that Obama has admitted having had dual citizenship with Kenya as a child. According to Doug Edelman in Postchronicle.com
"Thanks to the lawsuit filed by Philip Berg, Obama now ADMITS (on his "Fight the Smears" website and factcheck.org) that he held dual citizenship with Kenya as a child. This, in and of itself, may arguably disqualify him under Article II as the whole point of the "Natural Born Citizen" requirement is the avoidance of divided allegiances."
Obviously, Pamela's allegations contradict those of Andy Martin, who contends that Obama is really the son of Frank Marshall Davis.
Behind all of the rumors is, of course, Barack Obama's steadfast refusal to allow Berg, Martin or anyone else to obtain hard copy of the original Certificate of Live Birth, the typed vault copy that includes the father's name and other potentially embarrassing information. Incredibly, the Federal Elections Commission does not believe that this tidbit is relevant to its financial review of candidates, and State Boards of Elections run the election system much as the Public Health Service would run your health care under national health insurance. Thus, Obama has been able to lie.
The flurry of law suits and cross-claims reminds me of the Stephen King movie "Needful Things" in which Max von Sydow plays Leland Gaunt, a Satanic store owner who sells "needful things" to everyone in the town, but requires each customer to pull a prank, causing a major contretemps of all against all. Finally, Sheriff Alan Pangborn (Ed Harris) figures out that it is the devil in disguise, Leland Gaunt, who is behind the town's civil war. It may be coincidental that the name "pangborn" refers to birth, and the issue with Obama is his birth certificate. Really.
Will Obama's endless lying and deception lead to the next American Civil War?

"One of Obama's most controversial and contentious issues that he has allowed to fester for years is the question of his birth certificate," says Martin. "Obama has posted at least two versions, maybe more, of a 'certificate' on the Internet.
"I want to see a certified copy issued by the State of Hawaii, not one issued by the State of Obama. Why Obama won't allow direct access to his birth records is beyond me. But the closer we get to discovering the truth about Obama the more we understand why he is terrified of that truth.
"What is Obama hiding? Frankly, after being in Hawaii and conducting our first round of interviews, we think we have a clearer picture of what Obama is concealing, and why. We have more research and interviews to conduct before we can announce our opinions.
"In the meantime, I filed a lawsuit against the State of Hawaii to require the state to open Obama's birth records. The Governor and Director of the Department of Health are named as defendants.
"The case has been docketed as number 08-1-2147-10 and assigned to Circuit Judge Bert Ayabe.
"We will distribute copies of the lawsuit at a Saturday morning news conference, as well as making them available on a limited basis Friday evening upon written request. We will hold the Saturday morning news conference in front of the courthouse to provide additional information.
"Friday evening I will be available by cell phone from AlaMoanaBeachPark.
"We will issue a news release later Friday with details of Saturday's news conference.
"The basic question remains: why is Obama trying to hide his life from birth to adulthood from the American people? Interestingly, we think we also know now why he has virtually imprisoned his white grandmother and refuses to allow her to appear in public. Who is the man behind Obama's mask? I think my book 'Obama: The Man Behind The Mask' is aptly titled.
"Next week, we believe we will be in a position to remove Obama's mask and confront him with the truth about who he is and what he is.

James Commends Mitchell Langbert's Blog
Now here is something! I commend you, Mr. Langbert, and your reference to Rocky Mountain News.
Being in charge of all of our armed forces, you M U S T have undivided loyalty. That must be part of the reasoning about not being eligible for the office, if you are naturalized. To that end, how can duel citizenship not be an issue? I would say this no matter the candidate, no matter the political party, no matter the other nation.

Can this information be corroborated or is it some "urban myth" Is there some sort of legal ruling or position on this issue of duel citizenship
Mr. Langbert, your comment about obfuscation and obstructionism is dead-spot on. Keep in mind that this is a no win situation for Mr. Obama, so, if I were him, I would certainly ignore it and just hope that it does not get traction. Keep in mind, from the very onset of the campaign, Mr. Obama has been running from his past, and frankly running from himself. Yet sadly, he seems to not know it, because he has no center.
My career requires me to make decisions about situations and more importantly people. I have learned to trust my gut, and it is usually right. Now, as I have grown older, I have become convinced that solid character is the most critical component to effective leadership. Perhaps the Boy Scouts have said it best: "CHARACTER COUNTS".

This guy is really beginning to fail the smell test. So, as these data points stack up, pardon my bending a phrase from another of his associates, but "the fleas are coming home to roost".
