Orly Taitz: More on Lightfoot v. Bowen

I just received the following from Orly Taitz regarding her case Lightfoot v. Bowen.

Washington DC, 20543. The letter writers are asking for the Justices to vote to bring the case to the next step: oral arguments. If 4 out of 9 agree, it will go to the Oral argument, if 5 out of 9 agree during oral argument, we won the case. Chief Justice Roberts obviously supports the case, so do Justices Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia and possibly Justice Samuel Alito. We don't know if 2 Jewish Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Steven Bryer will support the case. Judge Ginsburg is a life time member of Hadassah and is very involved in Jewish Causes, however both of them are Clinton appointees. It is a chess game. They may vote along the party lines and refuse to hear the argument. They may put Justice and constitution above the party lines and vote to hear the argument If they agree with my argument that Obama was never qualified, then either Biden or Hilary Clinton will become the president (it is complicated, but these are the options in a nutshell) . Today, with Palestinian demonstrations all over the World, with Hamas shelling Israel with 70 rockets every day and the whole world and UN supporting Hamas, it is extremely important for my case to go to oral argument, so the whole country and the whole world can see who Barack Hussein Obama really is. I've been embraced by the Christian community and Christian organizations and appeared on over 20 different radio shows and received letters of support at a rate of 16,000 per day, about half a million per month. There were featured articles about my case in News papers abroad and I received these articles and letters of support from Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Sweden, England, Germany, Ireland, to name a few. Unfortunately, in this country the main stream media is very much pro Obama and they refuse to write about the case, even after the decision by the Chief Justice. It is time for the Jewish community to join this cause, particularly Israeli community and Jewish Women Organizations, particularly Hadassah.
Please, take 10-15 minutes of your time and write to the Supreme Court.

Chief Justice John Roberts agreed to hear my case Lightfoot v Bowen, challenging eligibility for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. He distributed the case to the full conference of the Supreme Court. The timing of this decision by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, is absolutely remarkable. On January 7, one day before the January 8 vote by Congress and Senate, whether to approve or object to the electoral vote of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, as president of the United States, Chief Justice Roberts is sending a message to them: "Hold on, not so fast, there is value in this case, read it. Hawaiian statue 338 allows Foreign Born children of Hawaiian Residents to obtain Hawaiian Birth Certificates, it allows one to get Hawaiian Certification of Life birth based on a statement of one relative only, without any corroborating evidence. You need to investigate, you need corroborating evidence. If only one Congressman or one Senator presents a written objection, then there has to be a formal investigation by the joint session of Congress and Senate. During this investigation original birth certificate from Hawaii will be subpoenaed. All other pertinent documents will be subpoenaed: Obama's immigration records, any and all passports from Indonesia, Kenya and Great Britain; University enrollment records, showing if he was enrolled in US schools and universities and received financial aid as a foreign exchange student from Indonesia or Kenya. All of it can be subpoenaed and obtained within a day or two. Each and every member of US Congress and Senate owes it to 320 million American citizens to do his due diligence and demand all necessary records. When American servicemen are told to risk their lives defending Constitution of this country against all enemies, foreign and domestic, each and every Congressman and each and every Senator can spend a day or two of their time defending this Constitution, reviewing necessary documents, in order to see if Barack Hussein Obama is a Natural Born Citizen, if he is a citizen at all." This is the message that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is sending to them, and if they are not listening, there has to be a massive petition drive to recall them. Truth will come out, no matter how many millions Obama is spending to hide it.

Orly Tatz Discusses Keyes and Lightfoot v. Bowen Cases

Orly Tatz, who is representing Keyes and Lightfoot, says: (1) No record of Obama's birth has been found in any hospital; (2) Hawaii permitted residents who gave birth overseas to file a certificate; (3) vault copy will reveal absence of needed signatures; (4) pissant progandists ("mainstream media") are manipulated by corrupt interests whom Obama represents and is little different from the communist propagandists whom Tatz observed in eastern Europe; (5) the recent election was a fraud and was corrupt; (6) Barack Obama should be indicted; and (7) Barack Obama is a usurper.

Tatz calls for Obama's resignation and urges that you write to Supreme Court Justices .

3. Very important!!! write an open letter to US att in Illinois Patrick Fitzgerald, cc US att in DC Mike McCuskey, cc General Director of FBI, cc FBI in all the states and demand immediate indictments of Obama on massive fraud for following reasons:

a. he is not a natural born citizen (his father was a foreign subject, he doesn't qualify as a natural born, since both parents have to be citizens at the time of the child's birth in order to qualify as a natural born citizen, see Law of Nations ), he became a candidate on the ballot by fraud

b. fraud committed in collecting $650 million under false pretenses

c. lying under oath while being sworn as an attorney in Illinois (stated that he had no other names, concealed his identities, since he went by Barry Obama and Barry Soetoro)

d. Contact the FBI and US attorney's office, and assert that they need to investigate immediately expert reports showing that his selective service certificate is forged

e. Instruct the FBI and US Attorney's office that they need to subpoena his original birth certificate and investigate reports that the short form "certification of live birth" that Obama presented to the public appears to have been altered, fake or "forged".

f. The FBI and the US Attorney's office needs to subpoena medical records, coroners reports and death certificates for his grandmother Madelyn Dunham and has mother Stanley Ann Dunham (aka Obama, aka Soetoro, aka Sutoro aka Anna Toot) and investigate why the mother's deceased social security number 535-40-8522 shows as active as late as 2006, when she allegedly died in 1995. It shows 2 addresses in HI and 2 addresses in NY.

Please call FBI and US attorney's office and demand daily updates, as to when the indictments will be forthcoming. Those have to be issued ASAP, before Jan 20, 2009. You should also contact your state attorney general's office.

4. you can forward my pleadings in Lightfoot v Bowen and footage of 12.08.08. press conference at the National Press club to all the congressmen, senators, media and your friends and family. Thank you for willingness to help.
