Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes has given perhaps his most dire warning yet, saying that the Obama administration is preparing to stage terror attacks, declare martial law and cancel the 2012 elections, which is why they are demonizing their political enemies as criminals and terrorists.

Keyes is best known for his performance during the 2000 Republican presidential debates, when he was accredited by many media outlets as being the clear winner during a series of debates with George W. Bush and John McCain.

“It’s obvious that they will stop at nothing,” Keyes told attendees of a reception in Fort Wayne, adding, “We may wake up one day and there’s a series of terrorist attacks, the economy is paralysed…martial law will be declared everywhere in the United States and it won’t end until the crisis ends.”

Keyes said that Americans should be thankful if they even see another election in 2012, stating, “If we don’t wake up and work to see that it happens, we will not see another election.”

“The minute they think they can get away with it, they will end this system of government and that is their intention,” added Keyes, noting that everyone acting as if the time we are in was just “business as usual” reminds him of the attitude of politicians in the Weimar Republic when Hitler was rising to power or eastern Europe when the Communists were taking over after the second world war.

Keyes said that because the majority of people are decent-minded, they believe others will play by the rules when this simply isn’t the case, warning that this attitude will allow evil to take over before we can do anything about it.

“It is so clear that we have now put a faction in place - they are not playing by the rules and they don’t intend to play by the rules - if they were playing by the rules they wouldn’t have tried to identify their opposition as criminals,” added Keyes, making reference to the recent controversy surrounding the release of the MIAC and Homeland Security reports, which implied that Americans who exercise and are knowledgeable about their constitutional rights are a threat to law enforcement and potential domestic terrorists.

Keyes said that the only solution was from the bottom up because our leaders “are so gutless that they won’t even ask that the Constitution be enforced for clear, plain, absolutely unequivocal requirements,” and respond meekly with “their lips shut and their hearts terrorized.”

Keyes also warned of Obama’s agenda to create a civilian security force and said it was part of the ultimate agenda to disarm American citizens and create a police state.

Keyes has been a vocal critic of Obama, warning that he is a radical Communist who is determined to destroy America, and that if his agenda is not stopped then the country as we know it will cease to exist.

Orly Tatz Discusses Keyes and Lightfoot v. Bowen Cases

Orly Tatz, who is representing Keyes and Lightfoot, says: (1) No record of Obama's birth has been found in any hospital; (2) Hawaii permitted residents who gave birth overseas to file a certificate; (3) vault copy will reveal absence of needed signatures; (4) pissant progandists ("mainstream media") are manipulated by corrupt interests whom Obama represents and is little different from the communist propagandists whom Tatz observed in eastern Europe; (5) the recent election was a fraud and was corrupt; (6) Barack Obama should be indicted; and (7) Barack Obama is a usurper.

Tatz calls for Obama's resignation and urges that you write to Supreme Court Justices .

a. he is not a natural born citizen (his father was a foreign subject, he doesn't qualify as a natural born, since both parents have to be citizens at the time of the child's birth in order to qualify as a natural born citizen, see Law of Nations ), he became a candidate on the ballot by fraud

b. fraud committed in collecting $650 million under false pretenses

c. lying under oath while being sworn as an attorney in Illinois (stated that he had no other names, concealed his identities, since he went by Barry Obama and Barry Soetoro)

d. Contact the FBI and US attorney's office, and assert that they need to investigate immediately expert reports showing that his selective service certificate is forged

e. Instruct the FBI and US Attorney's office that they need to subpoena his original birth certificate and investigate reports that the short form "certification of live birth" that Obama presented to the public appears to have been altered, fake or "forged".

f. The FBI and the US Attorney's office needs to subpoena medical records, coroners reports and death certificates for his grandmother Madelyn Dunham and has mother Stanley Ann Dunham (aka Obama, aka Soetoro, aka Sutoro aka Anna Toot) and investigate why the mother's deceased social security number 535-40-8522 shows as active as late as 2006, when she allegedly died in 1995. It shows 2 addresses in HI and 2 addresses in NY.

Please call FBI and US attorney's office and demand daily updates, as to when the indictments will be forthcoming. Those have to be issued ASAP, before Jan 20, 2009. You should also contact your state attorney general's office.

United Justice Foundation Lawyer Threatens to Sue Obama Every Step of The Way

Bob Robbins forwarded this link to a Worldnet Daily article concerning Gary Kreep, chief of the United Justice Foundation. According to Worldnet Daily, Kreep stated:

"We will file lawsuits on [Obama's] actions, every time. As long as we have money, we will keep filing lawsuits until we get a decision as to his citizenship status,"

Kreep represents Alan Keyes in Keyes's current law suit against the California Secretary of state asking that the state prevent its 55 Electoral College votes from being cast until Obama's citizenship and related eligibility to hold office are resolved.

Alan Keyes Sues Obama

Alan Keyes has taken a stand in the ongoing Obama birth certificate quest, according to NBC Augusta (h/t Sharad Karkhanis). The dashing and debonair Keyes has called the effeminate Obama's citizenship into question:

"According to a press release from the American Independent Party, former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and other members of the party have filed suit in California Superior Court in Sacramento to stop the state from giving its electoral votes to President-elect Barack Obama until documentary evidence is provided to prove Obama is indeed a natural born citizen of the United States.

"Keyes also ran against Obama as a Republican for the U.S. Senate seat in Illinois in 2004. Obama won that election to serve his first and only term in the U.S. Senate.

"The Obama campaign countered similar accusations early in 2008 by posting Obama's certification of live birth, and saying: 'Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America.'"

The site rather disingenuously publishes the computer print out presented by Janice Okubo and her associates in the Hawaii Department of Health. The question of interest is whether the information on the vault or original copy (not the computer record) raises questions about the identity of Obama's father or his religion of birth, in turn raising questions about Mr. Obama's integrity that his propagandists at NBC and the New York Times refused to raise.
