We are again on the cutting edge of pursuing Obama's role in crooked Illinois politics. If you have been reading our columns on the developing scandal you will see we lead the national media by several days. Obama is on the defensive. If you ask, "How do you do it," the answer is "we do it" with lots of hard work and Chicago shoe leather.
2. Blagogate/Obamagate II
We have sent the Illinois Supreme Court our pleadings seeking to block Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan from rigging the selection of a new U. S. Senator to favor the Daley Machine. If you read our paperwork, you will see that we were on the cutting edge, again, of presenting to the Supreme Court the apparent links between Obama and Blagojevich, and providing a motive: Obama wants to control his former seat in the senate. Our pleadings are up on our blogs so you can read them. We put our information out in the open where it is available to everyone.
3. Hawai'i litigation
Later this week we need to cut checks to the State of Hawai'i for freedom-of-information payments to pay for the cost of receiving documents related to the state's role in blocking release of Obama's birth certificate. We keep plugging away in Hawai'i: consistently, quietly, but relentlessly, to obtain access to Obama's original birth certificate. The progress is slow, but we will not stop until we succeed. You need to understand that lawsuits move slowly. They take time. They are not an instant solution or resolution. That is the nature of the judicial process.
4. California National Conversation Tour
Last month in Hawai'i we launched our "National Conversation" tour. We hope to sponsor a nationwide series of meetings to keep the anti-Obama movement alive. So far as I know, we are the only organization sponsoring a nationwide series of events to maintain both legal and political action efforts against Barry Obama. These trips are very costly and they especially need your help.

As you can see, we try to cover as much territory as possible: from Obama's role in trying to rig the selection of his successor, so he could control his former senate seat, to keeping a nationwide campaign against Obama alive, to legal action in Hawai'i and Illinois courts. But all of these efforts take money, and generate a constant stream of expenses that need to be paid.

Andy Martin asks Hawai'i court to reconsider flawed Obama ruling

MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF COURT'S ORDER OF NOVEMBER 19, 2008
Preliminary Statement
The Court managed to take what is at its core a simple and straightforward case seeking review of denial of access to a Hawai'i record, and to add layers of confusion and complexity that were totally unwarranted by the record made in open court on November 18th. For the reasons that follow, Plaintiff moves the Court to reconsider, vacate and rehear the matters decided on November 19th using the correct procedures and standards of law.
Plaintiff initially thought that he would appeal the order to the Intermediate Court of Appeals, but it would be a disservice to that Court to appeal such a mangled and needlessly confused record from the trial forum. Thus, the Rule 59 motion (see below) stays any appeal until a decision on this motion.
1. Procedural basis for reconsideration
Plaintiff is not aware if a judgment has been entered since he has not been served with any such document. Prior to entry of a judgment a Court has plenary power to review and reconsider an order. This motion is also filed under H.R.Civ.P. 59.
2. The Court applied an imaginary standard
to plaintiff's motion
Plaintiff's motion is attached as exhibit A. Plaintiff sought access to a birth certificate after denial by the defendants. In no place did the Plaintiff ever mention the word "injunction" and nothing in Plaintiff's motion constituted a request for a temporary injunction. A temporary injunction is a remedy usually entered to preserve the status quo. Plaintiff was not seeking the preservation of any status quo. He was seeking review of denial of access to a historic public record, and asked the Court to expedite the matter based on both a lack of a factual dispute and intense national interest in the document. Neither of these issues converted a review proceeding into an injunction matter.
Despite the lack of any pleading seeking injunctive relief, the Court mischaracterized plaintiff's motion for review of denial of access as an "injunction" and then applied the heightened standard applicable to injunctive proceedings as a pretext to dismiss the action. This was clear error and a serious abuse of discretion.
For the court to create an imaginary request for an injunction and then deny that imaginary request deprived Plaintiff of due process of law.
Thus, the entirety of the Court's order is void for want of due process and must be reheard under a correct standard of review. The Court's behavior clearly "exceeded the bounds of reason [and] disregard rules or principles of law or practice to the substantial detriment of a party litigant." Amfac v. Waikiki Beachcomber, 74 Haw. 85, 839 P.2d. 10, 26 (Haw. 1992).
3. The Court decided a nonexistent standing issue
Plaintiff sought access to a historic document on two grounds: (i) a Health statute vesting as court with authority to direct release, and (ii) the Hawai'i UIPA. Both the statute, which vests the court with discretion to hear requests for access, and the UIPA, provide for review by this Court. There is thus a statutory grant of standing to seek review of a denial of access.
There is no "standing" issue in this lawsuit. Plaintiff does not need to show "injury" to seek access to a historic Hawai'i record. The AG's claim was complete nonsense. Why the Attorney General sought to garbage-up the record with bogus standing claims is a question that should concern the court. Why the Court threw in standing as an afterthought as a basis for dismissal, when there is no such issue, is bizarre.
4. Service of process was timely made
This lawsuit was filed in mid-October. Plaintiff sought to expedite the proceedings because of the intense national interest. He lives in Chicago. He is based in New York, some 8,000 miles from the forum. The Court entered an order to show cause why the relief sought should not be granted. Defendants claimed they had not been served (which has no bearing on an order to show cause, which they admitted had been served; at hearing they admitted they had also been served with the original pleadings on October 17th). After defendants objected and demanded service a second time, Plaintiff served the defendants and filed his proof of service on November 19th. Thus, there was not the remotest basis for dismissal on the basis of failure to serve the defendants.
The Court's apparent attempt to impose thirty days as a basis for dismissal is an unreasonable period to impose on Plaintiff to serve defendants a second time when he is an out of state litigant. Plaintiff was well within the applicable time limits when he served the defendants and no reasonable person could argue to the contrary.
5. The court ignored the state of the record
Plaintiff was seeking review of a denial of access to a historic public record. As Plaintiff set forth, there was a serious waiver issue, since the parties themselves had discussed the document openly, and the "document" has falsely been portrayed as already being disclosed. The Court ignored the waiver issue. Based on the lack of any response by the defendants, waiver mandated release of the document.
Conclusion
At a certain point, the comulatative errors in this proceeding raise an inference of harassment of an out-of-state litigant. Under the Privileges and Immunities Clause, a non-Hawai'i resident should obtain the same due process that a native or resident receives. Hawai'i is not a private club that is maintained for the benefit of insiders.
Plaintiff came before the Court in good faith seeking access to a historic document. There is not a shred of evidence in the record to defeat his claim. The court's constant mischaracterization of his claims and misapplication of the rules constitute a breach of judicial decorum.
The dismissal should be vacated and the matter should be heard before a judge who will faithfully and fairly apply the law. If this Court honestly disagrees with Plaintiff's arguments, it should simply say so and send a clean record to the ICA, and not try to create cobwebs to conceal legerdemain and prevarication based on an attempt to evade the obviously applicable facts and principles of law.

Andy Martin Awaits Judicial Ruling
Andy Martin awaits a judicial ruling in his case to obtain the vault copy of Barack Obama's birth certificate. Martin writes on his blog:
>A Honolulu circuit judge heard vigorous arguments in the lawsuit filed by Obama author Andy Martin. Martin is seeking access to Barack Obama’s original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate. The judge reserved judgment.
“We had about a half-hour hearing,” Martin states. “Both the Attorney General and I vigorously presented our respective positions. The Court gave no indication of when or how the ruling could come or what the result will be.
“I have ordered a transcript of the hearing and as soon as it arrives we will post it on our blogs. People should be able to read the arguments in Court. Rather than characterize what was said, I will allow everyone to review the presentation for themselves.
“Tuesday afternoon through the gracious assistance of a local supporter I was able to visit the National Cemetery where the ashes of Barack Obama’s grandfather are interred. The Punchbowl Cemetery is very still, and very moving. I am always brought to deep emotion by the graves of the unknown, known only to God, who answered the call and gave their lives in our service. The famous war correspondent Ernie Pyle is also buried at Punchbowl.
“Sadly, there was no ornamentation or remembrance at the plaque of Stanley Dunham. Obama’s memorialization of his family members seems to be limited to the occasional photo op. I hope to have a detailed column on Madelyn Dunham’s memorial as soon as possible, but Wednesday we will be busily working away in the Courthouse again. We are trying to utilize our time in Honolulu as intensively as possible.

I just received the following press release from philo-Semite Andy Martin. Martin's philo-Semitism contrasts with the anti-Semitism of many surrounding Barack Obama, to wit, Louis Farrakhan and Jeremiah Wright. Martin writes:

"Unlike other lawsuits involving Obama, mine is narrowly and specifically focused on access to the original, typewritten 1961 certificate which Hawai'i officials have confirmed they possess. There is no way anyone can express an opinion on the circumstances of Obama's birth without seeing the vital gateway document. I have refrained from speculating on the contents of the original because my focus is on expressing an informed opinion (a term CNN once made fund of).

Is Phil Berg's Souter Writ of Certiorari Real?
I had previously blogged about an Atlas Shrugs report that Supreme Court Justice Souter has issued a Writ of Certiorai requiring President-elect Obama to produce the vault copy of his birth certificate. In an e-mail, Andy Martin questions Phil Berg's claim that there is a court order:

A few minutes ago, around 3:00 P.M., I was assaulted by someone who claimed to be a Sheriff's deputy. I was attempting to vote in the 19th precinct, 42nd Ward, 115 W. Chicago Avenue. Your alleged deputy was dressed like a crackhead, out of uniform, and hit me while wildly waving his arms, using profanity and threatening to arrest me because I wanted to write down his name (he had no visible identification). It was one of the most disgusting examples of Daley Machine goon squad tactics I have witnessed in my forty years fighting Daley Machine corruption.
A Chicago police officer (Donovan, 18th District) witnessed the melee. Officer Donovan conducted himself in a highly professional and peaceful manner.
I went to vote. Having wandered into the wrong precinct (which was closer to my home) where I saw multiple voting machines, I was surprised to see my precinct had only one machine. My precinct, which is more Republican, had only the single voting machine. I spoke with people that said other precincts had 6-10 voting machines. Obviously the Daley Machine is preventing people in white precincts from voting, and encouraging voting in black precincts. This is a serious federal civil rights law violation.
Since there was only one machine, I was offered the option of a paper ballot. I marked my choices carefully with the pen I was provided. I was then told I had "over voted." One of the officials then began examining my "secret" ballot in the open. I became very irritated and said "I thought this was supposed to be a secret election? Why is my ballot being displayed and examined in the open."
At that point the man who identified himself as Mr. Dart's Daley Machine goon ran over and started threatening me. He was yelling, acting abusively, using profanity and trying to intimidate me from continuing to vote.
An Obama supporter who appeared to be under the influence also attempted to threaten and menace me for protesting the public display of my vote.
The Dart goon then "ordered" me into the hall and attested to negate my ballot (one of the judges said that when the goon threatened me into the hall my vote was negated) and refused to show me any ID although he was dressed as a crackhead. He eventually pushed something in my face that I was unable to read or examine. During thus period, the goon was angry, abusive, menacing and manifested a desire to prevent me from voting.
The controversy then moved back into the voting area, where the goon assaulted me while waving his arms uncontrollably. I checked my ballot with the machine reader, and the machine reader was not working properly. I had not over voted (I learned how to make a line between two points when I was two years old).
Chicago has one of the worse reputations, if not the worse, for vote fraud and crooked politics. Today we saw it all: a goon, claiming to be a deputy sheriff but dressed as vagabond, who refused to identify himself and yet threaten to make arrests, and so forth. How can such a goon be on the public payroll? Oh, I forgot, he works for Tom Dart and the Daley Machine.
I ask that you immediately and personally go to the 42nd ward, 19th precinct and remove this goon from harassing and intimidating any further voters. This man has no basis carrying a badge; he is an explosion waiting to happen.
The idea that peoples' ballots are being held up and examined in public, thereby negating the secret vote, and that you are once again using inoperable machines to count votes, and putting fewer voting machines in white precincts than black ones, all constitute serious and immediate threats to the integrity of the election process.
I ask that you carefully and fully document your investigation because a lawsuit over this incident and the denial of equal protection to white voters is very likely.

Andy Martin's Analysis of Barack Obama's Relationship to Islam
I have just received the following press release from Andy Martin, whose contact information appears at the end of this post. Martin responds to reckless claims that CNN made during Martin's CNN interview. Martin's analysis is the first internally consistent analysis of Barack Obama's religious background and of the reason for his secrecy concerning his birth certificate. Because Senator Obama has refused to discuss this question openly and has refused to reveal the vault copy of his birth certificate (the computer-derived document having been placed on two pro-Obama websites not including the paternal identity as would the typed vault copy) it is impossible for anyone to confirm or deny Martin's analysis at this point in time. Hopefully, Martin's law suit will reveal the truth as part of the discovery process. In addition, I would emphasize that the question at issue is Senator Obama's repeated lying about his background and not whether he was or was not born or brought up in accordance with any religion.

Note the following about CNN's laughable bias in the above segment. They say that Martin has no proof for his claims about Obama, but they do not mention that he is suing Obama in order to obtain proof OR that Obama is spending tens of thousands of dollars to prevent Martin from obtaining proof. David Gergen's comments are a way of his and CNN's whining: "Waaaa, those darn bloggers won't let us lie anymore...."

NEW YORK)(October 27, 2008) Barack Obama's relationship with the Muslim religion becomes increasingly complex as we receive and reveal new facts.
1. The original view. We began with Obama's own claim, that his father was Barack Obama, Senior, a Kenyan student in Hawai'i. Senior was a member of the Muslim faith, in common with all of his other relatives. He was buried a Muslim when he died. There is no question that under general principles of Islam, Barack Obama's son would have automatically been considered a member of the Muslim faith based on his family heritage. Because I believed Obama's parentage claim, I originally wrote as though Obama was born a Muslim. Obama lied.
2. Our recent research in Hawai'i confirmed that Barack Obama Junior was not the biological son of Senior, as everyone assumed. Rather, "Obama" was really the son of Frank Marshall Davis, a controversial leftist with a checked history in Honolulu. Davis was already in an interracial marriage with a Chicago socialite (who had gone with him to Honolulu) when he impregnated "Obama's" impressionable 18 year-old mother. We believe that the evidence points overwhelmingly to the reality that at some time in his mid-20's Obama learned that he was in fact a Davis, and not an "Obama" as he had been told by his parents and grandparent since childhood.
Please note the fact that Barack Obama was not born Muslim has no bearing on whether he practiced Islam as a child, or played a "Muslim card" to ingratiate himself with Islamic students in college. CNN has tried to suggest I "flip-flopped." I did nothing of the kind. I merely updated my research based on newly discovered evidence. Nevertheless, while the CNN piece tries to challenge me, I believe the overall CNN report was reasonably balanced.
The "father" in "Dreams From My Father" was in reality Frank Marshall Davis, and not Obama Senior. Unfortunately for "Obama," the realization that he was a Davis came too late in life for him to make the shift to the identity of his real family. Obama was forced to continue propagating the myth that he was born of a Kenyan father.
The bottom line: If "Obama" is indeed Davis, he was not born a Muslim at birth because Davis was not a Muslim.
3. Obama was a Muslim until the age of 10. Notwithstanding the fact that we now believe he was not born a Muslim, Obama practiced Islam until the age of ten. His own sister Maya Soetero has confirmed that his family attended religious holidays at the mosque. Obama has tried to give lawyer-like responses to the Muslim issue. First he said he was never a Muslim. Then he said he never "practiced" Islam, when he did in fact practice the faith. His step-father was Muslim and they participated in Islamic religious observances together.
In Christianity we have "Christmas-Easter" Christians, who show up in church twice a year and would be very offended if you told them they were any less Christian because of their sporadic attendance. The Hebrew faith has Jews who show up for High Holy Days, and they would be equally offended if you told them they were any less Jewish because of their occasional attendance at Temple.
Likewise, Islam probably has its infrequent attendees, and most of them would be deeply offended if you told them their sporadic attendance reflected any diminution of their Muslim faith. How often Obama attended services with his Muslim father we may never know. He won't say.
But Obama actively practiced Islam until the period when his mother sent him back to Honolulu to live with his grandparents. He vividly remembered the Muezzin's call to prayers for a New York Times reporter. According to an Associated Press document, he was registered as a Muslim student in one of the Jakarta schools he attended. Obama can say all he wants about why his parents registered him as a Muslim student. No one disputes that's the way he was registered.
4. Obama left Hawai'i to attend Occidental College in Los Angeles. At Occidental Obama appears to have roomed with Muslim students and held himself out to be part of the Muslim community. He later visited Pakistan with his Muslim friends from Occidental (a subject of a subsequent column).
5. At Columbia University, Obama again found himself with a Muslim roommate. The fact that Obama was constantly living with Muslims cannot be ascribed to mere coincidence. He was using Islam as a calling card in building his college friendships and relationships.
6. The most chilling indication that Obama continued to play Islam as a calling card is the claim by former New York City Democratic official Percy Sutton that he was contacted by Khalid Al-Mansour to solicit money for Barack Obama's law school fees. Al-Mansour was a Saudi representative, anti-white, Black Nationalist, anti-Semitic activist who calls for violence. He was a convert to Islam and obviously sensed some kinship to Obama. What was the probable basis of that kinship? Islam. If Islam was not the motivating factor in Al-Mansour's solicitation of law school tuition for Obama, what was?
7. In March, 2008 we disclosed that Obama had flirted with joining the Nation of Islam before he joined Trinity United Church of Christ. Thus there is no doubt that even as late as his adult period in Chicago, Obama was sailing very close to the Muslim shore. His own Reverend Jeremiah Wright and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan were close, and it possible that Farrakhan also knew Obama's father before he left for Hawai'i.
8. Obama has never given an exact date when he was baptized, and never produced a baptismal certificate. Some Christian faiths keep detailed baptismal records; others do not. We don't know what Trinity does in this regard, but we do know that no media has ever produced a statement of baptism, or any specific date of baptism as a Christian. Holy Baptism is a precondition to becoming a Christian.
9. Despite Obama's occluded conversion-and-baptism date, he was married at Trinity Church, and his children were baptized there. Certainly from the point that he married Michelle Robinson he should be considered a practicing Christian. The fact that he is a Christian today, however, has no bearing in his Muslim family history.
SUMMARY:
Obama was not born a Muslim, because his real father was Frank Marshall Davis. Therefore, we must revise our claim that he acquired the Islamic faith through birth. Our error was due entirely to Obama's obfuscation, evasion and concealment of his true family history.
Obama participated in Islamic services until the age of ten, and then practiced no religion during the period when he lived with his grandparents.
In his college years, Obama gravitated to Islamic students and appears to have used Islam and ethnicity as his entrée to making social and pre-professional relationships.
In Chicago, Obama flirted with joining the Nation of Islam.
Finally, at some unspecified point in his 20's Obama began to attend a Christian church, and at some unspecified date he was baptized.
Some people have pursued Obama's "Muslim issue" because they are hostile to Islam. I am not hostile, and I have not pursued my inquires for that reason. Rather, I pursued Obama's links to the Muslim faith because of his strenuous efforts to conceal and deny them. I always view concealment and denial as highly probative of a person's (witness') state of mind. My writing over the past four years forced Obama to issue a series of increasingly definite and strident denials of any Islamic family history, even while his own sister was admitting the family attended services in the local Mosque.
As with so much in his life, Obama is obsessed with concealing and denying and covering his tracks. Readers are left to judge for themselves just what Obama's evasiveness means in terms of his religious practices prior to his becoming a member at Trinity UCC.
In my opinion, Obama could have eliminated doubts if he had been candid about his religious history. The fact that he has so strenuously denied his Kenyan family's religion may also be linked to the fact that he has known since his mid-20's that he was not Kenyan and that the entire Kenyan heritage issue was a ruse created by his biological father, Chicago political activist and Honolulu émigré Frank Marshall Davis.

His own Reverend Jeremiah Wright and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan were close, and it possible that Farrakhan also knew Obama's father before he left for Hawai'i.
8. Obama has never given an exact date when he was baptized, and never produced a baptismal certificate. Some Christian faiths keep detailed baptismal records; others do not. We don't know what Trinity does in this regard, but we do know that no media has ever produced a statement of baptism, or any specific date of baptism as a Christian. Holy Baptism is a precondition to becoming a Christian.
9. Despite Obama's occluded conversion-and-baptism date, he was married at Trinity Church, and his children were baptized there. Certainly from the point that he married Michelle Robinson he should be considered a practicing Christian. The fact that he is a Christian today, however, has no bearing in his Muslim family history.
SUMMARY:
Obama was not born a Muslim, because his real father was Frank Marshall Davis. Therefore, we must revise our claim that he acquired the Islamic faith through birth. Our error was due entirely to Obama's obfuscation, evasion and concealment of his true family history.
Obama participated in Islamic services until the age of ten, and then practiced no religion during the period when he lived with his grandparents.
In his college years, Obama gravitated to Islamic students and appears to have used Islam and ethnicity as his entrée to making social and pre-professional relationships.
In Chicago, Obama flirted with joining the Nation of Islam.
Finally, at some unspecified point in his 20's Obama began to attend a Christian church, and at some unspecified date he was baptized.
Some people have pursued Obama's "Muslim issue" because they are hostile to Islam. I am not hostile, and I have not pursued my inquires for that reason. Rather, I pursued Obama's links to the Muslim faith because of his strenuous efforts to conceal and deny them. I always view concealment and denial as highly probative of a person's (witness') state of mind. My writing over the past four years forced Obama to issue a series of increasingly definite and strident denials of any Islamic family history, even while his own sister was admitting the family attended services in the local Mosque.
As with so much in his life, Obama is obsessed with concealing and denying and covering his tracks. Readers are left to judge for themselves just what Obama's evasiveness means in terms of his religious practices prior to his becoming a member at Trinity UCC.
In my opinion, Obama could have eliminated doubts if he had been candid about his religious history. The fact that he has so strenuously denied his Kenyan family's religion may also be linked to the fact that he has known since his mid-20's that he was not Kenyan and that the entire Kenyan heritage issue was a ruse created by his biological father, Chicago political activist and Honolulu émigré Frank Marshall Davis.

I just received the following e-mail from Andy Martin. Martin argues that Barack Obama has hidden his birth certificate with the cooperation of the PAM media. Martin accuses Barack Obama of defrauding the American people by lying about the conditions surrounding his birth and that he may be the son of left-wing writer Frank Marshall Davis, Jr. The Obama campaign has fought vigorously to prevent release of the vault copy of the birth certificate that would reveal the father's name. The record posted on various Obama websites does not include the information contained in the vault copy. The Obama campaign has not attempted to reveal a facsimile of the vault copy and has not publicly denied Martin's claims. It is no crime to be the son of a communist writer. But should Americans vote for a chronic liar like Barack Obama?

I am back in ContrarianCommentary.com's New York office and unpacking after our spectacularly successful Hawai'i trip.
We managed to uncover the truth about the "hidden Obama" and his true family origins. Many Americans believe that our disclosures may have drawn Obama back to Hawaii, as well as attracting other authors (Jerome Corsi is now there) to begin additional research. Few credit the "grandmother is sick" story for the suspension of Obama's campaign; Michelle now says "Toot's doing fine." Hmmm. Pretty fast recovery.
As you are probably aware, on October 17th I filed a lawsuit in the Honolulu Circuit Court seeking access to Obama's original birth certificate. I am seeking the right remedy, under the right statute, in the right court, in the right state.
The birth certificate case is still pending and I will be holding a New York news conference on Saturday (October 25th) to discuss the matter. The trial judge set a hearing for November 7th. I did not feel that November 7th was a sufficiently expeditious date in light of the election on the 4th, and I challenged that date in the Hawai'i Supreme Court through a petition for writ of mandamus.
The Hawai'i Supreme Court denied my request to expedite the hearing or to allow me to appear by telephone.

So the lawsuit is back in the Circuit Court. I have to show up in Hawai'i on November 7th if the lawsuit is to proceed. I do not know how many people will still want to pursue the disclosure of Obama's true birth certificate after November 4th. There may be many, or a few, or none.
ContrarianCommentary.com is a small organization. While we have had a massive impact on the 2008 election we operate on a limited budget. We exhausted our travel budget with the trip to investigate Obama's Hawai'i years and to file the birth certificate lawsuit.

Expenses tend to add up, particularly when you have to make last-minute reservations, pay appellate filing fees and transcript costs and generally be able to respond to court orders. In my case I will also incur penalties to change existing reservations since I would have to redo my already-paid travel plans. We may have to make more than one trip to Hawai'i.
Again, I don't have a clue whether anyone wants to pursue the birth certificate issue after the election, but I am prepared to do so if there is financial support to continue the fight.
We cannot surrender to Barack Obama on November 4th. On November 5th the battle to protect this great nation must continue whoever wins the election.

"Where was Powell's backbone when he could have helped stop the Iraq war by forcefully speaking out? I am a Republican and I marched in the streets of Washington and New York to protest the imminent attacks. But Powell was more concerned with 'polishing' his legacy than with being a true leader in 2003. Now he is groveling to Barack Obama at the eleventh hour, hoping to snare a few crumbs from the Democrats. I would like to see Obama lose just to keep Powell out of office. Powell is despicable.
"Instead of challenging Powell's perfidiousness, the mainstream media have been parroting and promoting him. No wonder people tune out this propaganda. Powell is the mainstream media's designated Republican backstabber. He had jelly in his spine in Viet-Nam; he had jelly in his spine in 1991. Explosion in Law Suits Against Obama Candidacy

Seattle WA. 10/22/2008 — Lawsuits in eight states as of this writing– Hawaii, Washington, California, Florida, Georgia. Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut, are seeking judicial authority to force the certifying or decertifying of Senator Barack Obama’s qualification to run as a candidate for President as a natural born U.S. citizen. Previously, two lawsuits have failed to force the certifying documents from Obama.
Philip Berg’s months-long lawsuit in Federal Court in Philadelphia reached a dramatic plateau yesterday as Mr. Obama and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) failed to respond to the court that Mr. Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen and therefore not qualified to run for office of President of the U.S. They admitted to Obama’s non-qualification by their failure to respond to a 30-day court ordered discovery in which Obama and the DNC were ordered to answer a petition by Berg. Berg is a lifelong Democrat in the Pennsylvania Democratic Party who has sought to ratchet up the legal pressure as Obama and the DNC has continually delayed providing certifying documentation of Obama’s birth, which he claims to have been in Hawaii.
A lawsuit in Honolulu in the First District Court is seeking a court-order to open Obama’s secret birth records. Obama has thus far neglected a Freedom of Information request for the records at two hospitals in Hawaii. Lawsuits in Washington and Georgia are seeking state Superior Courts to force the states’ Secretary of State, as the chief state elections officer, to perform their state constitutional duties to require original certifying birth records from Mr. Obama that would verify his birth in Hawaii.
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “"No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States."
There are numerous allegations questioning Obama’s claim of natural birth in the U.S. on the web and in the media, all raising suspicion and doubt as to Obama’s actual place of birth and qualification to run for president. Some of the assertions to which Obama “admitted” on Berg’s suit are: he was born in Mombassa, Kenya in 1961 while his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was married to Barack Obama Sr., a Kenyan; when his mother, divorced from Obama Sr, moved to Indonesia and married Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian, Obama was adopted by Soetoro and became an Indonesian citizen; while in Indonesia, Obama had his name changed to Barry Soetoro; Obama traveled to Pakistan in 1981 under an Indonesian passport when Pakistan was a no travel zone for Americans; Obama had “admitted” to receiving illegal contributions in his campaign for president. Additionally, there is an allegation that Obama’s Kenyan grandmother claims that Obama was born in Kenya; Muammar Gadhafi, leader of Libya, has publicly claimed that Obama was born in Kenya and studied in Muslim schools in Indonesia. Obama has also “admitted” to hold citizenship in another country (the U.S. Constitution forbids dual citizenship).
Non-partisan and independent reviews and examinations of Obama’s birth certificate as shown on his official website has evidence of tampering and in any case does not list any of the points of information commonly found which would make it traceable and verifiable such as hospital, doctor, size weight, foot prints etc.
Interestingly, all these state lawsuits would be dropped if Mr. Obama would simply provide the requested documents supporting his claim of being born in Hawaii.

(HONOLULU, HI)(October 22, 2008) Internet powerhouse Andy Martin told a Honolulu news conference today that after an intense international investigation he is convinced that Barack Obama, Junior, the presidential candidate is really the son of Obama's controversial mentor Frank Marshall Davis.
"Mendacious adults 'switched' Obama at birth. That is why he has refused to allow access to the original or 'vault' birth certificate," Martin told a Honolulu news conference. "We believe the original certificate did not list a father. Barack Obama became the father as a result of an agreement between Ann Dunham, Frank Marshall Davis and Barack Obama, Sr.
"Davis was already married to a White Woman. He did not need a nonmarital child by a second one. Ann probably refused to have what was then called a 'back alley' abortion. Davis may have felt that 'Obama' would face less stigma with an 'African' background than a Negro one. The civil rights revolution, of course, turned that gambit upside down. In discovering and understanding what happened we cannot forget we are dealing with events in 1961, not 2008.
"The irony in all of this is that Obama once stated he did not want his daughters to be 'victimized' with a child. And he is alive because his mother took the contrary view.
"Barack Obama has known this since adulthood, and the shock of this discovery still reverberates in his psyche.
"Ironically, what I have to say today dilutes the 'Muslim' theory that has propagated. Davis was not a Muslim. If Obama had told the truth at some point in his life, instead of living endlessly with the lies that were imposed on him by the adults in his life, we would have avoided a great deal of confusion. I, for one, have deep compassion for Mr. Obama. He is not the first person in history to be caught up in this kind of family fraud.
"The disclosure by the two women in his life that he was not the 'son' of his 'father' also explains why he manifests such extreme ambivalence to both his mother and grandmother. He is angry because he was cheated of his real father.
"Obama was robbed of his birthright of being the son of civil rights royalty, and of a father with whom he was completely simpatico. He could have grown up the son of Frank Marshall Davis, civil rights pioneer and activist, cutting-edge journalist, poet and man of letters. Mr. Davis was an extraordinary man in a dark period of this nation's history, the pre-dawn of the civil rights era.
"Obama has probably suspended his campaign and is flying to Honolulu because he is deathly afraid his grandmother may make a 'dying declaration' and blow the whistle on his family fraud. Dying people often blurt out the truth. The true facts of Obama's parentage also reflect why there has been so much tension and alienation, as well as genuine love, in Obama's relationship with his grandmother.
"There has been a great deal of confusion and misconception about Frank Marshall Davis. A brief history lesson is essential to understanding the bizarre facts of Obama's provenance.
"During the 1920's and 30's many Negros (African-Americans) became 'communists' because the Soviet Union and the Communist Party USA promised to end racial segregation and Jim Crow laws in the United States. The Democratic Party, of course, was the powerful force behind segregation and Jim Crow. So it is a twist of fate that the same party that oppressed Blacks has now nominated one for president.
"Madelyn Dunham is the last surviving person who knows the truth about the switch. That is why as we closed in on Dunham, Obama went ballistic, cancelled his campaign and came to Hawai'i to head us off.
"I actually carry an official, certified pocket-sized birth certificate on me at all times [Andy shows a copy to media]. But this is NOT my 'birth certificate.' (HONOLULU, HI)(October 22, 2008) Internet powerhouse Andy Martin told a Honolulu news conference today that after an intense international investigation he is convinced that Barack Obama, Junior, the presidential candidate is really the son of Obama's controversial mentor Frank Marshall Davis.
"Mendacious adults 'switched' Obama at birth. That is why he has refused to allow access to the original or 'vault' birth certificate," Martin told a Honolulu news conference. "We believe the original certificate did not list a father. Barack Obama became the father as a result of an agreement between Ann Dunham, Frank Marshall Davis and Barack Obama, Sr.
"Davis was already married to a White Woman. He did not need a nonmarital child by a second one. Ann probably refused to have what was then called a 'back alley' abortion. Davis may have felt that 'Obama' would face less stigma with an 'African' background than a Negro one. The civil rights revolution, of course, turned that gambit upside down. In discovering and understanding what happened we cannot forget we are dealing with events in 1961, not 2008.
"The irony in all of this is that Obama once stated he did not want his daughters to be 'victimized' with a child. And he is alive because his mother took the contrary view.
"Barack Obama has known this since adulthood, and the shock of this discovery still reverberates in his psyche.
"Ironically, what I have to say today dilutes the 'Muslim' theory that has propagated. Davis was not a Muslim. If Obama had told the truth at some point in his life, instead of living endlessly with the lies that were imposed on him by the adults in his life, we would have avoided a great deal of confusion. I, for one, have deep compassion for Mr. Obama. He is not the first person in history to be caught up in this kind of family fraud.
"The disclosure by the two women in his life that he was not the 'son' of his 'father' also explains why he manifests such extreme ambivalence to both his mother and grandmother. He is angry because he was cheated of his real father.
"Obama was robbed of his birthright of being the son of civil rights royalty, and of a father with whom he was completely simpatico. He could have grown up the son of Frank Marshall Davis, civil rights pioneer and activist, cutting-edge journalist, poet and man of letters. Mr. Davis was an extraordinary man in a dark period of this nation's history, the pre-dawn of the civil rights era.
"Obama has probably suspended his campaign and is flying to Honolulu because he is deathly afraid his grandmother may make a 'dying declaration' and blow the whistle on his family fraud. Dying people often blurt out the truth. The true facts of Obama's parentage also reflect why there has been so much tension and alienation, as well as genuine love, in Obama's relationship with his grandmother.
"There has been a great deal of confusion and misconception about Frank Marshall Davis. A brief history lesson is essential to understanding the bizarre facts of Obama's provenance.
"During the 1920's and 30's many Negros (African-Americans) became 'communists' because the Soviet Union and the Communist Party USA promised to end racial segregation and Jim Crow laws in the United States. The Democratic Party, of course, was the powerful force behind segregation and Jim Crow. So it is a twist of fate that the same party that oppressed Blacks has now nominated one for president.
"Madelyn Dunham is the last surviving person who knows the truth about the switch. That is why as we closed in on Dunham, Obama went ballistic, cancelled his campaign and came to Hawai'i to head us off.
"I actually carry an official, certified pocket-sized birth certificate on me at all times [Andy shows a copy to media]. But this is NOT my 'birth certificate.' Why is Barack Obama delaying his arrival in Honolulu?
Could it be because Andy Martin is there, and Obama is waiting for Martin's departure before The Chosen One lands?
(HONOLULU, HI)(October 21, 2008) This column is just a short response to Barack Obama's strange behavior. We will have a full column (Part Two) later today after lunch. (Remember we are on Hawai'i time, so the columns come out much later on the mainland.)
Obama suddenly announced Monday his grandmother had been gravely ill for weeks. He has his own plane. All he had to do is tell the pilot to file a flight plan for Honolulu and take off. He's the king of his own armada.
But instead of rushing to his grandmother's bedside, Obama is waiting until I leave Honolulu before he lands.
Ask yourself, "What would I do?" What would you do if you had your own plane and mom or dad suddenly took ill? Would you tell the pilot to set course for Hawai'i, or tell him to wait three (3!) days before coming to your relative's bedside? How sick is she if Obama is will to delay his "emergency" for three days?
This entire episode is becoming curiouser and curiouser.
If his grandmother is sick enough to suspend his campaign, why is he "suspending" it days late? Curiouser and curiouser.
Last night I was out doing interviews that had to be postponed because of Hawai'i Supreme Court litigation during the day. My cell phone kept ringing with people wanting to alert me, and warn me of possible harm from Obama with his imminent arrival here. I do not believe Obama, or even his more rabid supporters, will try to cause me physical harm. They are too busy measuring for carpet and drapes in the White House.
But I do believe there is a powerful awareness on Obama's part that I have been pursuing his lies for four years, and we are closing in on his secret truths. The negative karma must be overwhelming. The thief always knows when he is about to be caught. ("Book'em, Danno?")
No one (except the groveling mainstream media) seems to believe Obama's grandmother is so ill that, in light of their past relationship, she merited a campaign suspension (more on that later today).
Strange as it seems to me, we are apparently getting to Obama, and he is increasingly afraid of the David in this David and Goliath (Obama) drama.
Is Obama trying to avoid me? (We leave Honolulu Wednesday night and he arrives "Thursday.") You be the judge.

Rather than a balanced and factual portrayal of a controversial person—I am indeed and indubitably controversial—there was a one-dimensional smear of the crudest kind. And they wonder why the MSM's are dying.

The question of the authenticity and public availability of the birth certificate of Senator Barack Obama (hereinafter "Obama") has become a source of increasing embarrassment for Hawai'i Government.
Although Obama has purportedly posted a copy of his birth certificate on his own web site, and others claim to have posted other versions, Obama refuses to allow public access to the official records of the State of Hawaii.
Petitioner is an author and columnist who came to Hawai'i to do research on Obama's years in Hawai'i. After arriving in Honolulu, Petitioner decided he needed a copy of the original birth certificate, as well as any official files relating to the issuance of said certificate.
The Executive Branch Department of Health has repeatedly and egregiously mischaracterized the Hawai'i statute governing access to birth certificates, and did so again on October 17th in a statement to the Honolulu Advertiser.
Petitioner applies to this Court for an appropriate writ, and offers two separate avenues of potential relief for the Court to consider.
I.
JURISDICTION
This court has jurisdiction of this Petition pursuant to HRS § 602-5 (a)(3).
II.
FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS
1. The Petitioner
Petitioner Andy Martin has been writing about Obama for over four years. Petitioner is the author of the best selling book "Obama: The Man Behind The Mask."
Petitioner publishes an Internet newspaper, http://ContrarianCommentary.com, as well as related blogs, http://Contrariancommentary.wordpress.com and http://ContrarianCommentary.blogspot.com.
Although Petitioner is not a practicing attorney, he is a respected public interest and consumer rights litigator, see http://www.AndyMartin.com. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.
For example, in 2003 the Pennsylvania Supreme Court granted Petitioner special leave of court to represent a U.S. Marine in a landmark case arising under the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act of 1940, see http://www.firstrespondersonline.us/director.htm (see attached).
Petitioner is also highly controversial. His corruption-fighting efforts in the Illinois courts and federal courts have provoked intense hostility and counter-reactions from judges who were the targets of his exposures see http://www.AndyMartin.com. These judges have sought to vilify and demonize petitioner, and Obama has sought to use these corrupt techniques to divert attention from Obama's own questionable personal history.
Petitioner is undaunted.
In Hawai'i, petitioner is accompanied by a network television camera crew. Thus the bona fide news value of his current litigation activity is not subject to question.
2. The Respondents
A. Respondent Linda Lingle is named in her official capacity as Governor and Chief Executive of the Executive Branch of Hawai'i government.
B. Respondent Dr. Chiyome Fukino is joined in her official capacity as Director of the Hawai'i Department of Health.
C. The Hon. Bert Ayabe is named in his official capacity as a Circuit Judge of the First Circuit. As will be shown below, Judge Ayabe's joinder in this petition does not necessarily involve any criticism of the judge and reflects the absence of any local rules to govern the judge's authority.
3. The birth certificate (certificate of live birth)
A. For the convenience of this court, Petitioner has submitted a copy of the Circuit Court proceedings as a separate Appendix. Those documents are incorporated by reference in this petition.
B. In summary, Petitioner applied for and was denied a copy of Obama's birth certificate. Petitioner then commenced a proceeding in the First Circuit on October 17, 2008 while still physically present in Honolulu.
C. Petitioner notified Judge Ayabe of Petitioner's limited availability in Hawaii, and requested or suggested an emergency hearing.
D. Judge Ayabe responded promptly through his judicial assistant with a hearing date after the 2008 election on November 7th. Petitioner was also notified that in order to exercise his rights and pursue his petition he would have to return from Chicago to Honolulu, as there was no provision for telephone hearings. (It was not clear whether the judge viewed the absence of telephone rules as a preclusion of telephone hearings, or was imposing his own individual rules of practice).
E. Petitioner was required to file his lawsuit in Hawai'i. No other court system has jurisdiction of local Hawai'i officials. Petitioner should be as welcome in the Hawai'i court system as a Hawai'i citizen would be on the mainland. There are no artificial boundaries or distinctions under the Privileges and Immunities Clause of the U. S. Constitution. If Petitioner must be present in Hawai'i in order to vindicate rights and remedies under the Hawai'i Constitution and statutes he will be precluded from doing so.
F. Hawai'i is a sophisticated international business center. It is simply impractical for parties to be physically present in the State as a precondition of access to Hawai'i government or the judicial system.
G. Rule 11 of the Probate Rules provides for "Telephone Conference Call Hearings." On information and belief there is no parallel provision in the Civil Rules.
H. Petitioner remains present in Hawai'i through October 22nd and available for emergency hearings in person.
I. This Court can take its own judicial or official notice that numerous state and federal court systems provide for telephonic participation, see e.g. Florida Rules of Judicial Administration 2.530.
III.
RELIEF REQUESTED
This Court can deal with this petition by either one of two separate approaches.
First, the Court could decide that the Executive Branch's misapplication and misinterpretation of the relevant statute (see Exhibit 1 to the Circuit Court Complaint) raises issues of sufficiently great public and national importance that the Court will entertain the issues presented as a matter of the exercise of this Court's original jurisdiction. In that case the writ of mandamus, if granted, would issue directly to the executive branch and Judge Ayabe's role would become moot and coram non judice.
Second, this Court could decide that the Circuit Court should conduct an expedited hearing, and do so either while Petitioner is still physically present in Hawai'i or while Petitioner is allowed to participate on the telephone, directing that the Circuit Judge either schedule a prompt hearing or ask that the case be reassigned to a judge who can conduct a hearing before the 2008 election. In that case the writ, if granted, would issue to the Circuit Judge.
The approach which this Court prefers to adopt is entirely at the discretion of the tribunal.
IV.
BASIS FOR GRANTING RELIEF
A. The constitutional issue
In Elrod v. Burns, 427 U.S. 347, 373, 96 S. Ct. 2673, (1976) the Supreme Court stated "The loss of First Amendment freedoms, for even minimal periods of time, unquestionably constitutes irreparable injury." The authenticity and contents of a presidential candidate's birth certificate is at the apex of First Amendment concerns, Monitor Patriot v. Roy, 401 U.S. 265, 91 S.Ct. 621 (1971)("[I]t can hardly be doubted that the constitutional guarantee has its fullest and most urgent application precisely to the conduct of campaigns for political office.")
To say that a proceeding will not be convened until after the election is to create the very type of unconstitutional delay precluded by Elrod, and creates a justifiable public suspicion of a conspiracy and cover-up by Hawai'i officials.
Elrod does not appear to have been cited by any Hawai'i court but has been cited numerous times by federal judges in Honolulu, see e.g. Rapp v. Disciplinary Board, 916 F. Supp. 1525, 1539 (D. Hawai'i 1996); Walsh v. Honolulu, 423 F.Supp.2d 1094, 1108 (D. Hawai'i 2006); Swanson v. University, 269 F. Supp. 1252, 1260 (D. Hawai'i 2003); Legal Aid v. Legal Services, 961 F. Supp. 1402, 1417 (D. Hawai'i 1997). Although Petitioner filed his Circuit Court lawsuit under the Hawai'i Constitution and not the First Amendment, this Court has previously interpreted those rights to be coextensive.
B. The procedural issue
There is an anomaly under Hawai'i procedure where probate rules provide for telephone hearings but civil rules do not. Perhaps this gap motivated the circuit judge to deny a hearing, or to adhere to such procedures as a general practice.
Certainly in the modern commercial age, with Hawai'i at the crossroads of international business, antiquated notions of physical presence as a precondition for access to Hawai'i government should be reconsidered. The Privileges and Immunities Clause of the U.S. Constitution would also appear to lean in favor of allowing out-of-state litigants from the mainland to be heard by telephone.
C. The substantive issue
a. The statute
HRS § 338-18 (b) limits disclosure of records to persons having "a direct and tangible interest in the record." The statute then provides thirteen (13) examples as illustrative, but not exclusive, including number (9): "A person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction."
The Respondents have steadfastly misinterpreted the "direct and tangible interest" standard into one requiring a direct and tangible "relationship" between the party and the record. Thus there is a serious abuse of discretion and statutory misinterpretation by the executive branch. The Respondents have persisted in this misinterpretation despite notice that their interpretation of the statute was a misinterpretation, and will no doubt proffer the same misinterpretation to this Court as their initial response to this petition.
Researchers, scholars, writers and news media—and Petitioner has attributes of all of the foregoing—have a "tangible interest" in many public citizens without any "relationship" to those persons. Petitioner is sensitive to privacy issues and identity theft issues. But no one is likely to try to hold themselves out to be "Barack Obama" using a birth certificate issued by Respondents.
Nevertheless, the very vehemence with which Hawai'i officials have misconstrued a state statue, and the manner in which Obama has attempted to manipulate and control access to his personal records (see infra), raise legitimate suspicions in the mind of the public.
b. The waiver and admission issues
Obama claims that he has posted a conformed copy of his birth certificate on a web site. It is impossible to say whether this assertion is true, because Petitioner has no official copy to compare to the Internet version. Obama has not posted any of the source information or supporting data. If Obama has posted a version of his birth certificate, it would appear he has waived any privacy issues and the statutory restrictions on issuance of a copy to Petitioner no longer apply.
It is indeed a very peculiar state as now exists where Obama claims he has released his birth certificate or at least his latest version of the document, and yet claims that no one should be able to obtain an official copy of the same document from the State of Hawai'i or review the source information for the certificate. Waiver would appear to be applicable and render nugatory any privacy concerns.
Obama has claimed he was born in a Honolulu hospital, but there is no verifiable evidence to sustain that claim. An examination of birth records is thus essential to resolve the lingering doubts.
As judges, certainly the members of this Court are aware that punctilious concern for accuracy would mandate that any counsel preparing a case in which the birth certificate was an issue, must obtain a certified copy and not a copy grabbed off an Internet web site. As an author and columnist, Petitioner adheres to the same high standards of accuracy in the search for original truth.
The fact that Obama has in fact posted his birth certificate on the Internet is a confirmation that he believes that issue is a topic of legitimate public interest.
D. The common law writ of mandamus
Petitioner has reviewed this Court's jurisprudence concerning and construing the common law writ of mandamus. Petitioner submits that the extraordinary facts of this Petition provide a basis for extraordinary and emergency action. As the attached docket sheet from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court attests, Petitioner is experienced in preparing, filing and obtaining relief through extraordinary writs on an emergency basis.
CONCLUSION
Most respectfully, Petitioner asks this Court to take emergency action and to grant one of the alternative forms of relief outlined in this petition.

Eliot Ness and the Untouchables? The Long Ranger? Pick your own hero. Martin vs. Obama explodes into a Hollywood classic.
I will do my best to defeat Obama even though I essentially stand alone. I stand tall. All of the protagonists are from Chicago. Despite ridicule and envy from Chicago's corrupt mainstream media, I have spent over forty years successfully fighting crooked politicians like Barack Obama and his Daley Machine cronies.
But take a look at one of the most dramatic time lines in recent political history.
Two weeks ago on October 5th Sean Hannity aired a program that terrified the Obama campaign. You can probably see my role at FoxNews.com or on YouTube. The New York Times itself reported that the morning after Hannity's program, I became the target of a massive liberal assault at the Times. On October 6th I wrote a column predicting that Hannity's show would become the most important political program of 2008. On direct orders from the Emperor Obama, the New York Times then unleashed its smear machine on me.
One week ago, on October 13th, the Times tried to destroy me with a front-page package of lies, distortions and outright fraud. The Times failed. My investigative team arrived in Hawai'i and began to dig, dig, dig.
I also predicted in a column that attacking me was the first big mistake Obama and the Times had committed. You be the judge of whether I am being proven correct.
I am still standing and the Times' credibility is going into the toilet.
Before my team left for Hawai'i I predicted we would bring down Obama. By sheer coincidence, one TV network was interested in my mission and has been tagging along with a camera crew.
Monday (today) we petitioned the Hawai'i Supreme Court to order Obama's secret birth records released.

Obama's goon squads immediately try to smear me in retaliation. The New York Times creates a front-page story out of 25 and 35 year-old nonsense in a desperate attempt to discredit and derail my upcoming Hawai'i investigation.

What Obama fears most is that I search for the truth not because I am associated with McCain (I am not) or because I am a partisan Republican (I am not a right-winger). Rather I search for the truth for the sake of the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I took an oath as an 18 year old to defend the Constitution of the United States from its enemies.
Barack Obama is an enemy of the Constitution. He is using tens of millions of dollars in clandestine campaign cash from unknown sources to stage an electoral coup d'etat in our nation. That is why I keep fighting for the truth.
Barack Obama has been lying to the American people. And his Big Lie is about to be exposed.
Now that his secrets are on the verge of being revealed he has panicked and suspended his campaign to visit Hawai'i. Do you believe Obama's explanation for the sudden trip?

I will do my best to defeat Obama even though I essentially stand alone. I stand tall. All of the protagonists are from Chicago. Despite ridicule and envy from Chicago's corrupt mainstream media, I have spent over forty years successfully fighting crooked politicians like Barack Obama and his Daley Machine cronies.
But take a look at one of the most dramatic time lines in recent political history.
Two weeks ago on October 5th Sean Hannity aired a program that terrified the Obama campaign. You can probably see my role at FoxNews.com or on YouTube. The New York Times itself reported that the morning after Hannity's program, I became the target of a massive liberal assault at the Times. On October 6th I wrote a column predicting that Hannity's show would become the most important political program of 2008. On direct orders from the Emperor Obama, the New York Times then unleashed its smear machine on me.
One week ago, on October 13th, the Times tried to destroy me with a front-page package of lies, distortions and outright fraud. The Times failed. My investigative team arrived in Hawai'i and began to dig, dig, dig.
I also predicted in a column that attacking me was the first big mistake Obama and the Times had committed. You be the judge of whether I am being proven correct.
I am still standing and the Times' credibility is going into the toilet.
Before my team left for Hawai'i I predicted we would bring down Obama. By sheer coincidence, one TV network was interested in my mission and has been tagging along with a camera crew.
