"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."<BR/><BR/>The rights of men, and the duty to form a government are BOTH so as to bring us close to G-d, our Creator.
